Just posting trouble shooting instructions as I learn them.
Images for PowerPoint
Goto study image in EchoPac.
Right click on image. Save each image as an AVI file on to USB key.
Convert AVI file into MP4 file using Handbrake if on a Mac.
Import MP4 image into Powerpoint.
Viewing Studies from MSH/RVH
The image study will temporarily remain in the Cardiac PACS for a particular period of time (essentially a disk space limit) before it gets replaced by another study being pulled down. The Syngo Query/Retrieve web tool can be used to pull the study. It can be viewed in Syngo Dynamics or GE Universal Viewer/GE Zero Footprint Viewer.
It should not be available in GE CCW as it wasn’t a study performed here.
Searching for MSH/RVH studies
1. Use the Syngo Query/Retrieve Tool query o search by their patient ID with a suffix of "MSH" or a wildcard value of "*".. Also, the "Archives" drop down needs to set to "MSH_PACS" when you do your query. That will tell it to look at their Agfa PACS system.
2. View study on Syngo.
